to respond to an inquiry sent via the contact form – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (actions at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract)

to conclude and perform a transport or service agreement – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR

for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller)

for marketing purposes (if consent has been given) – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR
